Philippines aid market intelligence report (2022-2027)

This report analyzes official development assistance (ODA) and project-based aid flows to the Philippines for the period 2022–2027, based on data extracted from the DevelopmentAid database, the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) registry, and official donor websites. The initial dataset was downloaded on 12 August 2025 and includes transactions starting from calendar year 2022 onward.
All financial data is presented in United States Dollars (US$) as reported by the donors. No currency conversion has been applied.
All figures and findings presented in this report reflect information published by donors and partner organisations in the respective databases as of the extraction date noted above. Some major donors such as JICA do not report disbursements to IATI, so the actual totals may be higher.
